AMG parnters with Young Survivor Coalition of Greater Metro Atlanta to Help those Fighting Breast Cancer


Access Management Group (AMG) believes in giving back to the community and helping charitable causes. In the year 2012, AMG will serve as a corporate sponsor for the Young Survivors Coalition of Greater Metro Atlanta’s Tour de Pink event.


The Young Survivor Coalition (YSC) of Greater Metro Atlanta was formed at the end of 2000 by a 22-year-old college student facing a breast cancer diagnosis. YSC Greater Metro Atlanta currently serves 11 counties in the Metro Atlanta area, working to ensure no young woman faces breast cancer alone.


YSC Atlanta provides an assortment of programs from resource kits to support programs, educational events to caregiver networking opportunities and is proud to provide community outreach and awareness programs, educating the metro area that young women can and do get breast cancer.

Globally, YSC is the premier global organization dedicated to the critical issues unique to young women who are diagnosed with breast cancer. YSC offers resources, connections and outreach so women feel supported, empowered and hopeful.

AMG Sponsors Tour de Pink For 2012

Access Management Group, Atlanta's premier HOA and COA property management firm, have officially become a corporate sponsor for the YSC and the 2012 Tour de Pink. Dick Ruthven, owner of AMG, selected the YSC as the first recepient of the AMG Giving Back program. The Tour de Pink event has only been around for a few years, but, last year the bike ride had more than 1,000 participants. In 2011, the riders raised more than $250,000 thousand dollars to support the YSC and young survivors in the Atlanta area.

The 2012 event is expected to again start at the Verizon Wireless Amphiteatre at Encore Park in Alpharetta. AMG advised that the restructuring is designed to ensure the company maintains their keen focus on servicing existing clients, while strategically positioning resources to meet the ever growing demand for the company's services.

Access Management to launch Emergency Notification System to all HOA and COA properties


Atlanta-based property Management firm Access Management Group recently tested and completed a successful emergency phone and texting system that notifies residents of severe weather conditions.

The recent test results showed that all homeowners of Access Management’s test condominium community were notified by phone or text of an impending weather emergency within 20 minutes.  During times when HOA and COA members need to be contacted immediately, this delivery method proved to be the fastest and most reliable way to reach all residents in a matter of minutes. Vinings Run Condominiums returns to Access Management for HOA management needs


After two years under the supervision of a competing property management company, Vinings Run, a condominium community located in Smyrna, GA, will return to Access Management Company for its HOA management needs. The transition will be effective on August 1.

The decision, implemented by the Vinings Run Board of Directors, was made based upon the community’s needs for a more technically advanced company.

Access Management Group will handle all of the day-to-day operations for Vinings Run including maintenance, construction, finances and upkeep of the community’s swimming pools and tennis courts. They will also work closely with boards of directors and homeowners in this 258-condominium community.
