AMG CEO, Dick Ruthven, Announces Organizational Changes Within The Access Management Group Leadership Team
Atlanta, Georgia (July 25, 2011) – Access Management Group, one of Atlanta's fastest growing property management firms, announced organizational changes today. AMG advised that the restructuring is designed to ensure the company maintains their keen focus on servicing existing clients, while strategically positioning resources to meet the ever growing demand for the company's services.
Access Management CEO and Managing Director, Dick Ruthven stated, "AMG has been proudly serving HOA and COA associations in Atlanta and surrounding metro area communities for more than 30 years. We now serve more than 27,000 individual home and condominium owners around the state. During that time, our management team has evolved into an excellent blend of seasoned PCAM experts and young, upcoming CAM property management professionals. Thanks for our excellent reputation, expert team and high quality service, demand for our services has steadily grown. Now seems an appropriate time to strategically reposition our employee and leadership resources to ensure the needs of our clients and the interests of our key shareholders are optimized now and into the future".
Effective immediately, Sean Ruthven, currently serving as Controller and Kent Atzinger, Director of Quality Control, will be stepping into larger roles with AMG. Mr. Ruthven advised, "We have tremendous confidence in the abilities of both Sean and Kent and feel confident these individuals will perform beautifully in handling their new expanded duties. As our firm continues to expand we leave open the possibility of adding additional manpower resources to ensure we maintain our industry leading position. While some are assuming expanded roles, others are repositioning for life after AMG. Bob Powser, 30 year veteran of Access Management, announced his decision to step down as COO and transition into a less demanding role as he nears his planned retirement in 2012. Mr. Ruthven stated, "We very much appreciate contributions Bob has made as COO over the past 10 years. He has effectively served our clients, helped grow our business and assisted me in mentoring our management team so they can successfully step into larger roles. Bob will continue on as a full time property manager, handling the needs of HOA and COA associations he presently serves. His duties as COO will be absorbed by our current leadership team".
